The weekly rhythm.
Two anchor posts a week — Monday and Wednesday. Anything else is reactive (hat tricks, culture moments) and gets folded in as it happens. Sunday is when the week is summarized for HQ.
- Monday and Wednesday posts go out by 5 PM local time.
- Hat trick posts go out within 24 hours of the trick.
- Sunday handoff to HQ lands in the channel by 6 PM local.
- Everything tags @flexpwrofficial and uses brand-approved hashtags.
- Regional SM manager — full creative control over the regional handle. Sources, captures, captions, posts.
- HQ social team — re-edits weekly highlights for the main @flexpwrofficial account.
- No approval gates — if it lives in the post-type framework and follows the brandbook, it ships.

Five formats cover the week. Anchor posts run on schedule. Hat tricks are reactive. Culture is curated. Join Us is the recruitment line. Every post falls into one of these — if it doesn't, check with HQ before posting.
The weekly handoff.
Every Sunday (Monday at the latest), each regional SM manager sends a recap of the past week to HQ. The HQ social team uses it to schedule cross-posts on the main @flexpwrofficial account through the rest of the week.
Regional recap.
Send raw assets + a short breakdown of the past week.

Every Flex incentive, round, and tournament that needs social coverage between May and August. Use this to plan content drops, announcement teasers, and recap posts in advance. Anchor posts on Monday and Wednesday should reference the active competition wherever relevant.
